Understanding Your Analytics Dashboard
Track performance and optimize your volume discount strategy with data.
Key Metrics
The More Please dashboard shows you the metrics that matter most:
Total Revenue
The total value of orders that used volume discounts during the selected period.
Orders
The number of orders that included volume discounts.
Average Order Value (AOV)
The average value of orders with volume discounts applied.
AOV Lift
How much higher your discount orders are compared to non-discount orders.
Total Discounts Given
The total amount of discounts applied to orders.
Using Date Filters
Analyze your performance over different time periods:
- Today: Real-time view of current day performance
- Last 7 days: Week-over-week comparisons
- Last 30 days: Monthly performance overview
- Custom range: Select specific dates for seasonal analysis
Offer Performance (Full Bowl)
Full Bowl subscribers can see detailed metrics for each individual offer:
- Revenue generated per offer
- Number of times each offer was used
- Which tier customers choose most often
- Conversion rates by offer
Pro tip
If most customers are reaching your highest tier, consider adding another tier with a bigger discount to encourage even larger orders.
What to Look For
Healthy Signs
- Increasing AOV over time
- Customers frequently reaching the second or third tier
- Consistent order volume with discounts applied
Areas to Improve
- If very few customers reach any tier, your first threshold may be too high
- If everyone stops at the first tier, the jump to tier 2 might be too steep
- If discount given seems high relative to revenue, review your margins
Optimizing Your Strategy
Use your analytics to continuously improve:
- Review weekly: Check your dashboard at least once a week to spot trends.
- A/B test: Try different tier structures and compare results.
- Seasonal adjustments: Increase discounts during slow periods, reduce during peak.
- Product focus: Identify which products perform best with volume discounts.
