These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the More Please application and related services ("Service") provided by More Please ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Service
1.1 Eligibility
To use More Please, you must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms of service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1.2 Account
When you install More Please, your Shopify store becomes your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under it.
1.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to deceive customers or engage in fraudulent practices
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
2. Service Plans and Billing
2.1 Plans
More Please offers free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.
2.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through Shopify.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
2.4 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by More Please and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business.
3.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE PLEASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Please and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to Service and Terms
7.1 Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
7.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which More Please operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and More Please regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
